Honey Heaven: 3x 250g Artisan Honey

These honeys are the ones we love most at Casa del Sole. The acacia is sweet and delicious on toast or in hot drinks and cooking. The Sweet Chestnut one has a strong, distinctive flavour and is wonderful for those who normally find honey too sweet for them or for honey connoiseurs. The Melata is something that I have never come across before. It is made by the bees stealing the sweet deposits of other insects who also store plant sugars. The bees then process this sugar into honey and the result is truely a honey that tastes just like caramel. It is divine and my children are addicted!
