This gourmet chutney goes with all sorts of food but we like it best with cheese, salads,cold meats or pork pies although I use it to beef up sauces, gravies and curries too! The ingredients for Hot & Sweet Chilli Chutney are: Onion, Apple,Tomato, Peppers, Chilli Peppers & a smidge of garlic, brown sugar, vinegar + secret spices The ingredients for the Italian Garden Chutney are: Tomato, onions, courgette, pear, cucumber, brown sugar, cider and balsamic vinegar. Spices. The ingredients for Sage, Red Onion & Apple Chutney are: Sage, Red Onion, Apple, Brown Sugar, Balsamic Vinegar & secret spices. All the ingredients are grown at Casa del Sole under strict organic rules. In certain circumstances I trade with my neighbour, Antonella, if I cannot grow my own (eg.
